Purpose

Scope

This SOP applies to the Bottle Unscrambler located in the Packaging/Primary area, utilized for bottle feeding and orientation in solid dosage form production.

Definitions

  • Operational Qualification (OQ): Testing to ensure the equipment operates according to its operational specifications.
  • Performance Qualification (PQ): Testing to ensure the equipment performs effectively in real-world conditions.

Roles

  • Quality Assurance: Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and reviews validation documentation.
  • Maintenance Team: Conducts preventive maintenance and calibration activities.

Lifecycle Procedure
