Installation Qualification Protocol for High Pressure Reactor in API Manufacturing

Objective: To verify that the High Pressure Reactor is installed correctly and operates according to the specified requirements for hydrogenation reactions in API manufacturing.

Scope: This protocol applies to the Installation Qualification of the High Pressure Reactor used in the production area for API manufacturing through chemical synthesis and purification.

Responsibilities:

  • Validation Team: Responsible for executing the IQ protocol and documenting results.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for reviewing and approving the IQ documentation.
  • Production Team: Responsible for providing access to the equipment and supporting during the qualification process.

Prerequisites:

  • Completion of equipment installation.
  • Availability of all necessary documentation (URS, FS, DS).
  • Training of personnel on equipment operation.

The High Pressure Reactor is designed for conducting hydrogenation reactions under controlled conditions. Key features include:
