Objective

The objective of this Design Qualification (DQ) protocol is to establish the suitability and reliability of the Nanoparticle Reactor for emulsification and precipitation of polymeric nanoparticles, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and product quality requirements.

Scope

This protocol applies to the Nanoparticle Reactor utilized in the R&D and production areas for the formulation of polymeric nanoparticles, including PLGA and similar materials.

Responsibilities

  • Validation Team: Overall management and execution of the DQ protocol.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and approval of the DQ documentation.
  • Equipment Owner: Maintenance and operational readiness of the Nanoparticle Reactor.

Prerequisites

  • Completion of User Requirement Specification (URS).

Equipment Description
