Objective

The objective of this Installation Qualification (IQ) protocol is to verify that the Case Packer used for packing IV infusions meets the specified requirements and is installed correctly to ensure proper functioning within the packaging area.

Scope

This protocol applies to the Case Packer utilized in the packaging of IV infusion products, specifically LVP and SVP bags and bottles. It covers the installation, verification, and documentation of the equipment.

Responsibilities

The following roles are responsible for the execution and oversight of this IQ protocol:

  • Validation Team: Responsible for conducting the IQ protocol and documenting results.

Prerequisites
