Design Qualification Protocol for Nano Tracking Analysis System
Meta Description: This document outlines the Design Qualification Protocol for the Nano Tracking Analysis System, focusing on critical NDDS analytics in QC/R&D.
Tags: Equipment Validation, Design Qualification, NDDS, Nano Tracking Analysis, QC, R&D
Objective
The objective of this Design Qualification (DQ) protocol is to ensure that the Nano Tracking Analysis (NTA) System is installed, operates, and performs in accordance with the specified requirements and that it meets the needs of Quality Control and Research & Development for particle concentration and size analysis.
Scope
This protocol applies to the validation of the Nano Tracking Analysis System utilized in the QC/R&D area for direct product impact and is critical to the analytics of NDDS.
Responsibilities
- Validation Team: Responsible for the execution of the DQ protocol and documentation of results.
- Quality Assurance: Responsible for reviewing and approving the DQ documentation.
- Equipment Owner: Responsible for ensuring the equipment is available and maintained during the qualification process.
Prerequisites
- Completion of User Requirements Specification (URS) as per Annex 11.
- Installation of the Nano Tracking Analysis System in the designated QC/R&D area.
- Availability of qualified personnel for training on the NTA system.
Equipment Description
The Nano Tracking Analysis (NTA) System is an advanced analytical instrument designed for the measurement of particle concentration and size. It utilizes light scattering technology to provide accurate and reliable data essential for NDDS analytics.
Test Plan
| Test ID | Procedure | Acceptance Criteria | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| DQ-NTA-01 | Verify installation against URS requirements. | All specified requirements are met. | Installation report. |
| DQ-NTA-02 | Perform operational qualification tests. | System operates within specified parameters. | Operational qualification report. |
| DQ-NTA-03 | Conduct data integrity checks. | Audit trail confirms data integrity. | Data integrity audit report. |
Detailed Test Cases
Test Case DQ-NTA-01
Objective: Verify that the NTA system is installed correctly.
Procedure: Review the installation documentation and physical setup of the system.
Expected Result: Installation meets all URS requirements.
Test Case DQ-NTA-02
Objective: Ensure the NTA system operates within specified parameters.
Procedure: Execute operational qualifications as per manufacturer’s protocol.
Expected Result: System performance is within acceptable limits.
Test Case DQ-NTA-03
Objective: Confirm data integrity and audit trail functionality.
Procedure: Review data logs for accuracy and completeness; verify audit trail functionality.
Expected Result: All data is recorded accurately with a complete audit trail.
Deviations
Any deviations from the protocol will be documented and assessed for impact on the qualification process. A deviation report will be generated and reviewed by the validation team and quality assurance.
